Local pickup is available in New York. Use code PICKUP at checkout and email me to schedule.

Shipping Information

We’re currently shipping within the United States only. 

All orders are carefully packed with love to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During busy periods or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging

Each piece is securely wrapped to protect it during transit. We do our best to use thoughtful, minimal packaging whenever possible.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes items purchased through restocks, drops, or special collections.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at bunzyceramics@gmail.com:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier. Bunzy NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as items are packaged quickly for shipment.
