How are Bunzy ceramics made?

All Bunzy pieces are hand-built from stoneware clay. Each item is shaped by hand, glazed, and fired in small batches. This process means every piece is truly one of a kind.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations are part of what makes it unique.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes. All functional pieces are made using food-safe glazes and fired at high temperatures. Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish over time.

Can I put my ceramics in the microwave or dishwasher?

Hand washing is best for longevity. While some pieces may be microwave safe, we recommend gentle care to keep your ceramics looking their best.

Do you take custom orders?

I do not offer custom orders at this time.

Where is Bunzy Ceramics based?

Bunzy Ceramics is based in New York. All pieces are made in small batches and shipped from the United States.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. During busy periods or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. Please review item details carefully before purchasing.
