Thank you for supporting Bunzy NYC. Because each piece is handmade, variations and imperfections are part of the charm of our work. Please review the policies below before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes items purchased through restocks, drops, or special collections.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at bunzyceramics@gmail.com:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damaged item

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier. Bunzy NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as items are packaged quickly for shipment.
